DIY Painted Vase Fail

Hey everyone!
Sometimes when you make a DIY project it does not end up how you wanted it to or
something you did not plan happen. Often DIY projects go wrong and this is just
one of the many examples.. But often only the successful side is shown, so here you
go. Here is a DIY fail. I saw this on Pinterest and it looked great so I wanted to make
one with polka dots. Maybe this is the start of the ever so famous 'does it work'
series so many people do. A series called 'Does it work or what?!'.. or something.

When using acrylic paint on the inside of a vase, this is what happens when you put
in the flowers and the water:

I really did not think about this happening and now, looking back... it was so not a
good idea, haha. Because using a water based paint on the inside of a vase where
the water is... not smart. If you want to do this then paint the outside. I just thought
it would look way more cool on the inside and have a not so painted effect, if that
makes any sense...

You can also do this but use fake flowers instead where you do not need any water..
or if you like this look then go ahead and make it. You just swirl the paint around on
the inside of the vase, turn it upside down to let the excess run out and then let it
dry.
