Recipe: Easy Quesadillas


Hey everyone!
This is such an easy thing to do if you quickly want something delicious and 
healthy to eat. You can put in whatever you want but this is just want I put in to 
make it as easy as possible. If you want to you can also make a dessert version 
with peanut butter, strawberry, banana and chocolate. 

2 tortillas
1 avocado 
1 glove of garlic 
1 tomato 
½ onion
Oregano 
Salt 

Mash the avocado with a fork. Use a garlic press to press the garlic into the 
mashed avocado and mix it together. Spread the mixture onto one of your 
tortillas. Cut the tomato and the onion into thin slices and spread them onto 
the tortilla with the avocado. Then sprinkle on some oregano and salt (or 
spices of your choice) and lastly lay the other tortilla on top.
Heat it on the pan for about 5 minutes on each side at medium heat.
