Recipe: Chocolate


Hey everybody!
So, since going refined sugar free I have missed my dose of chocolate but that is over
 now. Because here I have an easy and amazing chocolate recipe. And it taste just like 
the real thing. So amazing!

Ingredients for about 200g:
1 dl cacao butter
1 dl cacao powder
4 tbsp agave or maple syrup
A dash of salt if desired

Method:
Melt the cacao butter over low heat. When melted take it off.
Add the cacao powder, agave and salt and stir together. 
Pour the mixture into a tray lined with baking paper or dip in any kind of sweets. 
I dipped my chocolate truffles in the chocolate and sprinkled on some dried 
raspberry. Let the chocolate harden in the fridge. 

Don't place the chocolates so close to each other like I did because you have to cut 
them free from each other.
