Recipe: Gluten Free Waffles


Hey everyboday!
I have always been a pancake person. Waffles were just like.. nope hand me some 
pancakes instread. But since our pans are really shitty and make it almost 
impossible to make pancakes I would give waffles another go and damn they are good!
I could eat these all day every day, haha. And not only are they super good but they 
are also super easy to make: 

150g rice flour
150g oat flour
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 dl melted coconut oil
1 dl apple juice
Optional: 25g coconut sugar
Water to desired thickness

All you do is blend together the dry ingredients in a bowl and then you blend the
wet ingredients together in another bowl. Then just mix the wet ingredients into the
dry and whip, whip, whip for about 5 min. Let the batter rest for about an hour and
it is ready to be waffled.
